A lovely combination of crunchy and spicy.
Green beans sauteed with ginger, chilli, freshly ground aromatic spices and Arjwain. With, Sesame and Kaljoni seeds. 150g

Heating instructions:
Sautee in a frying pan for 5-8 minutes on a medium to low heat with 1 tbsp of water. To minimise the chance of sticking to the pan keep the beans moving. Once the added water has evaporated the spices will stick to the beans.

Green fine beans, Sunflower oil, Arjwain, Sesame seeds, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Salt.
