Vegetable Kofta
With or without Green Beans (Fansi)
Delicious Vegetable Kofta balls in a tasty spicy Tomato base.
The green beans are cooked with arjwain and sesame seeds.
Contains 6 kofta. 450g.

Freezable - freeze on day of delivery.
Heating instructions:
Heat the Kofta balls in their sauce and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes allowing the kofta to absorb some off the sauce and enlarge. Stir gently so that the Kofta do not over cook and break apart.
Add a little water at intervals as the sauce is absorbed to your desired consistency.
Sauté the green beans in a frying pan for 5-8 minutes on a medium to low heat.
Serve with cumin infused Basmati Rice and the sautéed beans and Chapatti.
