Tindora (Ivy gourd) is quartered lengthways and cooked with mustard seeds, ginger, fresh chilli, garlic and sliced onion. 200g

Heating instructions:

Sautee in a frying pan for 5-8 minutes on a medium to low heat with a tablespoon of water. Once the water has evaporated and the Ivy Gourde is hot, serve.

Ingredients: 
Ivy Gourd, Sunflower Oil, Onion, Ginger, Ground Coriander, Salt, Mustard Seeds, Green Chilli, Garlic, Ground Cumin, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Sugar, Dried Red Chillies, Asafoetida (Asafoetida, Rice Flour, Turmeric, Gum Arabic).
