Okra (binda) Fresh whole Okra are cut into small pieces and cooked with tempered cumin, ground coriander seeds, turmeric and chilli. Great with Khaddi or rice.

Heating instructions:
Sautee in a frying pan for 5-8 minutes on a medium to low heat with do not add water or the Okra will become sticky.
To minimise the chance of sticking to the pan keep the Okra moving.
