Papdi Chaat

Everyone loved the Papdi Chaat at my restaurant.
It was a frequently requested dish and really fun to assemble.


Chaat is a style of food that incorporates lots of different textures and flavours that combine to make this a delicious dish.

All the different parts of this dish need to be combined just before serving.
The combination of textures is really important.

To make sure that the crunchy elements stay crunchy, we have packaged all the parts of this dish separately.

Cooking is not required, just assemble in the right order.

Each kit contains:
Chora Fali - Spicy gramflour ribbons.
Cucumber raita - Yogurt with cucumber (Vegan option also available)
Kala Chunna - Spicy Black chickpeas
Jinni Sev - Gram flour vermicelli
Onion, Coriander, Pomegranate
Date and Tamarind sauce

Store at 4c and consume within 3 days

Plain flour, Chick Pea Flour, Sunflower oil, 
Salt, Sugar, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Sesame seeds, Arjwain, Cassia bark, Coriander seeds, Cumin, Green chilli, Jaggery, Lemon juice, Chick peas, Yoghurt, Mustard seeds, Cucumber, Tamarind, Dates.
