Starter - Papdi Chaat

Everyone loved the Papdi Chaat at my restaurant. It was a frequently requested dish.
Chaat is a style of food that incorporates lots of different textures and flavours that combine to make this a delicious dish.
All the different parts of this dish need to be combined just before serving. The Chora Fali and Sev need to remain crunchy. The combination of textures is really important in this dish.
To make sure that the crunchy elements stay crunchy, we have packaged all the parts of this dish separately.
Cooking is not required, just assemble in the right order.

Chora Fali - Spicy gramflour ribbons.
Cucumber raita - Yogurt with cucumber
Kala Chunna - Spicy Black chickpeas
Jinni Sev - Gram flour vermicelli
Onion, Coriander, Pomegranate
