Popadom or Padad
A popadom (also called papad) is a thin, crisp, round flatbread. The dough is made from black Gram flour (Urad flour) and spices. 200g
These sun dried popadoms are always on the table at meal times.
Store in a air tight container placed in a cool dry place and consume within 7 days.
You can toast them on both sides under a heat source like a grill or an open flame. Alternatively they can be shallow fried. Remember to turn them over so both sides cook evenly.
Ingredients:
Urid flour, Cumin, Salt, Corn oil, Bicarbonate of Soda.
