Popadom or Padad
A popadom (also called papad) is a thin, crisp, round flatbread. The dough is made from black Gram flour (Urad flour) and spices.
These sun dried popadoms are always on the table at meal times.
Approx 12 pieces.
Store in a air tight container placed in a cool dry place and consume within 7 days.

Heating instructions:
You can toast them on both sides under a heat source like a grill or an open flame. Alternatively they can be shallow fried. Remember to turn them over so both sides cook evenly.
