Patra 

Traditionally made with the Taro or Colocasia leaf.
Here we have substituted seasonal, locally sourced Sweetheart Cabbage
Vegan, Vegetarian

Consume within 4 days
Store at 4c

Heating instructions:

Gently fry in a nonstick frying pan for 5-8 minutes on a medium to low heat with 1 tbsp of either sesame oil or sunflower oil. Once browned on one side turn and brown the other. Serve with fresh Raita 

Ingredients: 
Chapatti Flour (Chapati Flour (Wheat)), Chickpea Flour, Millet Flour, Cabbage, Lemon Juice, Jaggery, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Ginger, Green Chilli, Garlic, Garam Masala, Cumin, Coriander Seed, Turmeric, Ground Black Pepper. Optional - Sesame Seeds.
