Sweet - Seero
This ‘melt in the mouth’ dessert is made from gently roasted semolina, cardamon. Saffron infused milk is added until it is completely absorbed by the semolina to create a soft, subtle grainy texture.
Remove the film from the tray and place the contents in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of milk. Very gently heat through until the Seero is lovely and soft.
