Black Gram or Urad Beans

Urad beans are super delicious and nourishing. Whole Urad beans are cooked with tempered spices, tomato, curry leaf and garlic. This dish is vegan, however the Dal Makhani that you may have tried is a version of this dish with cream added at the end. 
You can try this variation by simply adding a little cream to the Dal to your preference.
 Serve with hot Chapatti. or rice. 400g

Heating instructions:
Remove the film from the tray and empty the contents into into a heavy bottomed saucepan with 3-4 tbsp of water. Simmer for 5 - 8 minutes with the lid on depending on the consistency you prefer. 
Stir occasionally to make sure the dhal does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Water, Black Gram, Tomato, Onion, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Jaggery, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Cassia, Cardamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves.
