Gulab Jamun
Dough balls are made from flour and cream and cooked in a similar way to a doughnut. These are then soaked in a syrup infused with saffron and cardamon.
Consume within 4 days
Store at 4c
Heating instructions:
Remove the film from the tray and place the contents in a saucepan. Gently warm through on a very, very low heat.
Check regularly as they will expand and soften. Once they have grown a quarter more than their original size they are ready. Serve with some of the warm syrup.
Ingredients:
Self raising wheat flour, Milk solids, Butter, Baking powder, Salt, Sugar, Cardamom, Sunflower oil, Saffron.
