Sweet - Seero
A warming dessert made from toasted semolina, cardamon. Saffron infused milk is added until it is completely absorbed by the semolina and has a soft grainy texture. Served with raisins.
Seero is often eaten at special occasions or as an offering during prayer.
Remove the film from the tray and place the contents in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of milk. Very gently heat through until the Seero is lovely and soft.
