Peas with Paneer cheese, Mattar Paneer
A rich delicious sauce made with tomato, onion and peas, infused with spices and fresh paneer.
Paneer is a cheese made with cows milk that has been split using lemon juice.
The curds that are formed are compressed into Paneer.
A delicious balance of flavours and texture served with chapatti or rice.
A classic warming Gujarati dish. 400g

Serves 2
Add a little water and heat in a thick based pan until gently simmering.
Stir occasionally to make sure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Add more water to a single cream consistency erring on the side of slightly watery.
