Fenugreek & Potato or Methi ne Butetta
A firm favorite at our markets. Potato with fenugreek leaves, cumin, mustard seeds, ginger, chilli, ground cumin and coriander, turmeric. Delicious! 400g

Heat the potato and fenugreek in a nonstick frying pan on a medium heat. Turn allowing the potato to brown on all sides. During the cooking the fenugreek leaves wilt, this releases the flavour. Alternatively place the potato and fenugreek on a non-stick baking tray and roast them in a preheated oven at 180c until they are golden. If you are cooking them this way, mix thoroughly half way through cooking.
