Black Eye Bean Dal with Coconut or Chora 

A wholesome and nourishing Dal, creamy Black eye beans in a rich tomato base made with caramelised onion, curry leaf and freshly grated coconut. Great with rice or Chapatti. 400g

Heating instructions:
Remove the film from the tray and place the contents in a thick bottomed pan. Heat gently on low to medium heat for 10 minutes or until the Dal is simmering. Add a little water to your desired consistency and bring back to a simmer. Serve hot with rice or Chapatti.

Black eye beans, Tomato, Onion, Sunflower Oil, Coconut, Salt, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Jaggery, Garlic, mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Ground Coriander, Green Chilli, Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Garam Masala, Cassia, Dried Red Chillies,
