I wanted to share my love for the food I grew up with.
It was 2005 when I invited close friends to a meal that my mother and I cooked.
I wanted to see if my friends liked my families food and were able to discern that it was different to Indian food they had eaten. 
Everyone loved the food and this led on to us setting up a stall on Broadway Market.
